Sandblasted cedar wedding sign

With seven siblings in our family, and all of us being independent adults, its always tough to figure out what to buy for each other on special occasions. And over the last few years as we have started to get married, its become even more difficult to find the perfect gift for each other – a combination of “cool” and yet a personal keepsake to have as a reminder of our special wedding days.

Growing up skiing and boarding at Silver Star Mountain, we are all very familiar with the beautiful carved wooden signs displayed outside many of the mountain side businesses. It was from these signs that we were inspired to have our own family signs carved when each of our siblings got married. We have started a unique tradition of having the newlywed couples names and wedding date (or ‘est.’ date as we have chosen to write it) carved into a unique sign and presenting them to our siblings on their wedding days.

Our siblings spent many hours with Lars to create a personal sign and images on them that reflect what each couple is about. Each of these signs have become works of art that we all proudly display in our homes. We could not be more happy with the beautiful results.
If anyone is looking for a unique, and sure to be treasured gift, then we would not hesitate to recommend Lars and Condor signs.

Thanks Lars!
